Working Principles:
When pneumatic signal pressure is sent to the air chamber of
the pneumatic diaphragm actuator, the pressure acts on the
diaphragm to produce a pressing force by which a group of
spring s are compressed to cause the moving of the push rod
together with the valve stem, thus the purpose of controlling
medium flow rate can be achieved both by setting the valve
plug to open or to close and by changing the throttling area
between the valve plug and the valve seat. The valve plug will
stabilize on certain point of the stroke, if the pressing force on
the diaphragm and the directing force of the compressed group
springs turn to be balanced. Therefore, the stroke of the valve
plug has the proportional relation with the pressure of input
signal.
