General:
The type 77/78-36100S Pneumatic Three-Piece shut off ball valve is composed
of ball valve and pneumatic single or double action actuator. Valve size
ranges from DN15 to DN100. This is the newly developed product of our
company. It has the features of compact construction, little torque for
opening and closing valve, low flow resistance, light weight, good sealing
performance, easy maintenance without removing from pipeline, and so on
the actuator is the product of Bellofram in USA and it also use the Rack-pinion
and double pistons construction. So the actuator have the features of
small volume, light weight, large output, and so on. With the low-friction
factor guiding ring of non-metal material, just avoid piston to body direct
contact, which bring the actuator swift action and long using life. Type
77/78-36100S Three-piece screwed pneumatic shut-off ball valve as a whole
have the features of simple construction, small volume, light weight,
reliable sealing, long lasting, easy operation, etc. Therefore it can
be widely apply to automatic control system and remote control system
of petroleum-chemical industry, light industry, and some other industries.
