General:
41000 Series cage guided valve produced with masoneilan technique are
designed for applications involving pressure drops
and temperatures beyond those for which the 21000 series are suitable.
41000 series valves are equally suited for gas and liquid
applications: both low noise and anti-cavitation trim are available.
The type of 97/98-41000 pneumatic control valve is composed of 41000 cage
guided valve and pneumatic diaphragm multispring
actuator which is self-developed and meets the standards of IEC. It not
only has the small volume and light weight actuator,
but also has the advantages of 41000 series cage guided valve, such as
large capacity, and higher allowable pressure drop. It is a
kind of ideal actuator. Receiving control signal from control instrument,
automatically controlling the opening of valve to attain the constant
control of the technological parameters, such as pressure, temperature,
flow, level. Automatic control in producing process can be achieved. Therefore
it is widely applied into auto control system of power, petroleum, metallurgy,
chemical industry, textile and other industrial departments.
