The product is our latest research result of High-powered Energy saving
Non-return Valve. Its work principle is that disc is open
as the action of medium pressure when media are positive flow forward
valve. And open is slow because disc bears dual counterforce, spring torque
and piston units. Disc is close as the action of elasticity of the torsional
spring and medium stress when media are retrorse flow. When close gets
to about 80 degrees, disc is slow close until it is seal completely. So
it can be non-return, silent action and ward off water hammer action.
The valves are used mainly for petroleum processing, chemical engineering,
food, medicine, water supply and energy engineering system and installed
at the exit of water pump. The process of slow close disc
can ward off effectively water hammer destroy and guarantee safe running
of pipelines when water pumps stop.
