Application
To be mounted in water or steam pipelines as a safety unit to automatically
prevent medium. Construction Characteristics
1. Valve disc can move up and down in the body. Medium pressure shall
automatically close the valve in case any reflux occurs. Springs can also
be designed to assist the valve to close.
2. Seat sealing surface shall be made of cobalt—based hard alloy
by way of plasma spray welding, which is wearable with an long service
time.
3. Valve body and bonnet for size DN50 & PN20~25 shall be die-forged;
and valve disc shall be treated with single piece quenching.
4. Valve body and bonnet for size PN10, DN50and up shall be cast; and
disc sealing face be welded with cobalt—based hard.
